Elidibus is a playable character in Tactics League game formats. Elidibus is not acquirable in the campaign.
The PvP version of Elidibus uses a lower PWR version of Zodiark due to his innate Instant Cast for balance purposes. The campaign version is much stronger and fitting for a secret boss.
